What should I expect after I have signed up?
After successfully creating your Zumper Manage Account and purchasing one of our premium plans, you will receive a confirmation email that your account can publish additional listings.
If you opted to use a feed or syndication provider to post your listings, our team will contact you by email to help setup your feed. Please note that feed integration may take up to 2 business days.

How can I tell if a listing is promoted through my Premium Plan?
Listings published under your Premium Plan automatically receive promoted placement in search results.
You can confirm which listings are included by checking the “Premium Plan” indicator in the top-right corner of your dashboard. When you hover over it, you’ll see how many of your plan’s listing slots are currently in use.
Additionally, all promoted listings display a “Verified” badge on the public listing page, confirming they’re part of your Premium Plan.

How are leads delivered?
Using our Zumper Manage tool, leads are associated with the email address and phone number you used to create the account.
If you use a feed or syndication provider, lead delivery can vary. We recommend you reach out to your syndication provider’s support team for any questions regarding your lead delivery.

If you signed up for a Premium Plan and opted to use a feed or syndication provider to post your listings, our team will contact you by email to help integrate your feed. Feed integration may take up to 2 business days.
