Using our Zumper Manage tool, leads are associated with the email address and phone number you used to create the account. Leads are also delivered through our in-app messaging product.
No matter your inventory source, you can add ‘guests’ to a conversation allowing other email addresses to respond to a renter. If you use a feed or syndication provider, lead delivery can vary. We recommend you reach out to your syndication provider’s support team for any questions regarding your lead delivery.
