How will I be billed?
Upon signing up for a listing plan, you will be billed upfront for the first month, and the payment method on file will be charged on a recurring basis on the same day every month until cancellation.

How do I update my billing information or payment method?
To update your payment method use the following link and enter the email associated with your account that is being billed.

Can I cancel my plan?
To cancel your plan, email directlistings@zumper.com before the start of your next billing cycle.
