- The landlord may be reviewing applications in the order received
- Many property managers have specific business hours or response times
- Your message may have gone to spam or been missed
If you're not receiving a timely response we recommend the following...
- Call the property directly - Use the phone number on the listing for the fastest response
- Be specific - Include your move-in date, lease length and other important details
- Send a follow-up message - It’s perfectly acceptable to follow up after 2-3 business days
- Check your spam folder - Responses sometimes end up there
