Is My Account Activated?

An active account is needed to publish active properties and view tenant screening documents. If you see that underneath your profile photo on the right hand side of your dashboard it states Pending or Under Review, your account is not active. Check your email to see if you are missing instructions on next steps to take. You may be prompted to contact support if your account is not activated within 24 hours! You can also fill out the support request form for assistance.
