Onboarding

  • When will my account be enabled to post additional listings?

    After your Stripe payment is processed, our team will confirm when your account is enabled to post additional listings. To get a head start, check out our tips below! 

    • If the billing email address provided in Stripe is different than your Zumper username, please email our Onboarding Team with your username or wait for an email from our team.
    • If you do not have an existing Zumper Manage account, sign-up for a new one now. 
    • If you use a syndication provider, confirm you have enabled syndication to Zumper through your provider and email 5 example addresses to our Onboarding Team. Our team will reach out shortly to discuss your inventory.
  • What happens after I’ve received a confirmation email?

    If you received a confirmation email from our Onboarding Team, you are ready to post listings!

    1. Login at zumper.com/manage to post your listings.
    2. Ensure your Agent Profile is up to date.
    3. A week after onboarding, check for any reporting included with your plan. Reporting will reflect your listings that are live on our platform day-to-day.
  • I’ve been onboarded but have a question related to my account.

    Please check our help center for additional support. 

    Refer to your original onboarding email from our Onboarding Team to find your support channel.
