  • How can I post my listings to Zumper?

    After signing up for a Premium Plan, you can choose to either:

    1. Manually publish and manage listings on Zumper

    2. Use a feed to manage your listings and integrate with Zumper

  • What should I expect after I have signed up?

    After successfully creating your Zumper Manage Account and purchasing a premium plan, you will receive a confirmation email that your account can publish additional listings.

    If you opted to use a feed or syndication provider to post your listings, our team will contact you by email to help integrate your feed. Feed integration may take up to 2 business days.

  • How are leads delivered?

    Using our Zumper Manage tool, leads are associated with the email address and phone number you used to create the account. Leads are also delivered through our in-app messaging product.

    No matter your inventory source, you can add ‘guests’ to a conversation allowing other email addresses to respond to a renter. If you use a feed or syndication provider, lead delivery can vary. We recommend you reach out to your syndication provider’s support team for any questions regarding your lead delivery.
