How Do I Reset My Password?
To reset your Zumper password, simply click on the link below:
Keep in mind that if you have any credit reports, rental applications, or shared documents in your account, they will be deleted for security purposes and they will have to be recreated. If you have generated and shared your documents within the last 30 days, you should not be prompted to pay again.
How Do I Delete My Account?
To delete a Zumper account, please click on your name in the top right corner of the screen and then select “Account” from the dropdown menu options. From the Account page, select the “Delete Account” tab on the left side of the page and follow the prompts from there!
Please note that once you delete your account, we cannot recover any documents that may be there. Be sure to save any credit reports or rental applications that you will need to reference. Any listings that you may have had associated with your account will also be permanently deleted.
Is My Account Activated?
An active account is needed to post active listings and view tenant screening documents. If you see that your underneath your profile photo on the right hand side of your dashboard it states Pending or Under Review, your account is not activated. You should be prompted to contact support if your account is not automatically activated! You can also fill out the support request form.
