What is Persona Identification?
At Zumper, we take account security very seriously. This is why we have partnered with Persona to assist in account identity verification.
As a part of the account activation process, you may receive an email prompting you to complete identity verification with this company. Please follow the instructions and unique link in your email to ensure your account is properly activated and eligible for utilizing Zumper's landlord tools.

How Do I Reset My Password?
To reset your Zumper password, click on the link below. Please make sure to choose a new password not used previously.

Remember that if you have any credit reports, rental applications, or shared documents in your account, they will be deleted for security purposes and must be recreated. You should not be prompted to pay again if you have generated and shared your documents within the last 30 days.

How Do I Delete My Account?
To delete a Zumper account, please click on your name in the top right corner of the screen and then select “Account” from the dropdown menu options. From the Account page, select the “Delete Account” tab on the left side of the page and follow the prompts from there!
Please note that once you delete your account, we cannot recover any documents that may be there. Be sure to save any credit reports or rental applications that you will need to reference. Any listings that you may have had associated with your account will also be permanently deleted.

Is My Account Activated?
An active account is needed to publish active properties and view tenant screening documents. If you see that underneath your profile photo on the right hand side of your dashboard it states Pending or Under Review, your account is not active. Check your email to see if you are missing instructions on next steps to take. You may be prompted to contact support if your account is not activated within 24 hours! You can also fill out the support request form for assistance.

Creating your Zumper account is easy and free! We offer you the ability to post your rental listing, screen tenants, and manage your leads with one account.

When you begin the sign-up process, keep in mind the following details:
- If your goal is to post buildings with floorplans, ensure you select "Building Representative" as your role.
- Once you start the registration, you'll be provided with step-by-step prompts to finalize your Zumper account setup and begin either the screening or posting process.
- If you screening tenants, it's crucial to verify your account with Experian first. For a detailed guide on this verification, reference this article.
