How Do I Manage My Payment Reminder Emails?

To manage your notification emails, go to the “Pay Rent” tab in your app. Once there, click the gear button in the top right of the screen. Select “Notifications” and you will be able to adjust the payment reminder alerts. 

You will always receive an email confirming for the following circumstances: 

  • payment was made
  • overdue payment
  • payment method was declined

If you have enabled AutoPay, you will also receive an email notifying you of your upcoming withdrawal 3 days before your payment is sent.
