Why Do I Need To Experian Verify My Account?

Before you can screen applicants using our tenant screening tool and view the sensitive information of others, we require you to verify your identity. This is a safety measure that is required to ensure that tenants know who is viewing their potential screening documents.

We do not run credit on landlord & agents; we are merely verifying your identity! This will not affect your credit score in any way. Once you are Experian verified you can begin screening applicants and viewing their sensitive information. To get your account Experian verified, go to your main Zumper dashboard and click the 'Renters' tab. From there please click the white 'Verify your account' button to get started.
